As a part of a semester assignment (about steel parasites on existing industrial structures) for Studio Building Design at Aarhus School of Architecture, I was asked to run a 1 month workshop teaching students to fabricate objects in steel.

I designed and made an anglepoise lamp from easily obtainable materials making sure to include basic metal working elements like brass welding, threading, filing, sawing, and so on, but also included digital fabrication methods using a waterjet to cut key pieces.
